• AI-generated marketing copy (website text, social media bios, posts, emails, etc.)
• One-time purchase packages (no subscription)
• Delivery via email

3. Account and Orders

3.1 Placing an Order

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Provide accurate information about your business
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Complete payment (for paid packages)

3.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract between you and Mill AI is formed when you receive this confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Current prices are displayed on our website. All prices are:

• One-time payments (no recurring charges)
• Inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law
• Subject to change (existing orders are not affected)

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Delivery

Generated texts are delivered to your email address, typically within minutes of order completion. Delivery times may vary based on system load.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

6.1 Your Right

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

6.2 How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to contact@millai.eu.

You may use the following template (not obligatory):

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [package name], ordered on [date], order confirmation received on [date]. Consumer name and email address."

6.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise.

6.4 Extended Guarantee

Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of the generated texts. Simply email us within 14 days explaining what didn't work for you.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the business information you provide to us. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this information solely to generate your texts.

7.2 Generated Texts

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the generated texts for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

You may edit, modify, and adapt the texts as needed.

7.3 Our Service

The Service, including its design, code, and underlying technology, remains the property of Mill AI. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Generate spam or misleading marketing materials
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to circumvent our systems or access unauthorized data
• Resell or redistribute generated texts as a competing service

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that generated texts will be suitable for your specific needs or error-free.

9.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated texts before use. We recommend checking for accuracy, especially regarding claims about your business.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mill AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
